Tiny Treasures

Hi. My name is Tiffani. I believe that our families are more precious than gold and one of our greatest resources and treasures. I believe that when mothers feel empowered by their birth experience they can empower their families, their communities, the future leaders of our country. I would love the resource and guide to help you through your own journey of empowerment by helping you achieve the birth your desire through the philosophy "freedom to make decisions base on knowledge of alternatives in family-centered maternity and newborn care."

I am a recent graduate from Bates Technical College Childbirth Educator Program and in the process of meeting the requirements for certification through ICEA.org. I am also a midwife's assistant at The Birthing Inn in Tacoma as well as a birth doula. Being the mother of eight wonderful children has given me the opportunity to have many different birthing experiences. After a traumatic birth experience I decided there had to be a better way and began my journey to become a certified birth doula through DONA.org.

I love working with people. I believe we can be inspired and through education make well informed decisions based on information and careful consideration.
